Yes we do. Instructions of where to go for pickup will be in the confirmation e mail.

Shuttle pick up is 35 minutes before reservation. Please arrive on time. Use Google maps and not Apple maps.

Mornings are the best time to enjoy the lake. There is less boat traffic, and it is generally calm. Afternoons tend to get windy, and due to that, there is a chance your reservation can get cancelled.

During the summer months, dress to get wet. While we launch you and bring you into the water, you will need to get out of the kayak if we land somewhere. Also bring water, sunscreen, and phone (we supply one dry bag per kayak).

We do. They are for pick up only.

Same day reschedule will be charged per boat to move reservation.

Refunds will be given in full if cancelled 14 days in advance. Gift cards are given for anything under that time up to day before the reservation. No refunds due to weather once activity is started. Full refund, rebook or gift card will be given if we decide the weather is not safe to be on the lake and activity has not started.

No shows and same day cancellation will be charged for activity. You must book a new reservation if you miss yours. Please make sure to arrive on time.

If per chance you miss a reservation and we move it same day, there will be a $100/boat charge. Also, if the tour is moved and weather cancels it, the new reservation is not eligible for a refund.

Yes, they are. We do have a minimum restriction of 5 years old or 35 pounds. We have plenty of options for them to join the adventure.

Children must be accompanied by an adult. Expecting mothers are welcome on our tours as long as they are cleared by their medical doctors.

Pets are allowed on our Cave Rock tours. We even have life vests for them if needed. Please call to find out what kayak will best suit the size dog you are bringing. Pets larger than 35 pounds can not do the clear kayak tours, unfortunately.

Before your tour, verify your pet’s weight meets the requirements by uploading a Veterinary document through our Contact form.

If your dog appears stressed, shows aggression towards humans or other dogs, or tries to get out of the kayak, then they will not be able to join the activity and you will still be charged. Please make sure they are well behaved and ready for a 90 minute activity in a small vessel.

All clear kayaks have a weight limit of 375 pounds. Single kayak weight limit is 250 pounds. If you are close to 375 with tandems, please choose single kayaks.

Water, hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, camera, snacks if needed, any personal medications if necessary. Sandals or water shoes are best, as your feet will get wet. Our guides have dry bags you may borrow to keep small personal items dry.

It is the Hobie Tandem Island, a trimaran with a single sail to enjoy those Lake Tahoe winds in the afternoon. If there is no wind, you can pedal it, similar to our other models. There are also trampolines on the side to put gear, more people (up to 150 pounds each side), or dogs. Even if you do not want to use the sail, it is a great watercraft for the whole family!
